We are looking for a team member who will strengthen our operations, manage business processes end-to-end, and work closely with the management team to bring projects to life.

As a Business & Operations Development Specialist, you will play a critical role in Flalingo’s business development, operations management, project tracking, and reporting processes. You will work directly with the CEO and CTO, contribute to the company’s strategic objectives, optimize operations, and ensure the end-to-end coordination of projects.

Responsibilities

  • Actively contribute to project development processes aligned with the company’s strategy, working closely with the CEO and the management team
  • Manage project operations end-to-end: planning, progress tracking, timeline management, and deliverable processes
  • Develop systems and processes that will enhance the efficiency of internal operations
  • Collaborate with product and technology teams to gather, document, and communicate business requirements
  • Research and analyze business development opportunities and prepare actionable recommendations
  • Monitor KPIs, create performance reports, and present them regularly to the management team
  • Support market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback processes
  • Provide quick solutions to operational issues and identify opportunities for process improvement

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field
  • 3 years of experience in similar roles (startup experience is a plus)
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and process design skills
  • Excellent organization, planning, and follow-up abilities
  • Fast learner with the ability to take initiative and work independently
  • Good command of English (both written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in Excel/Sheets, Notion, Asana, Jira, and other workflow management tools
  • Strong communication skills; collaborative, dynamic, and solution-oriented
