Finance Manager

We are looking for a Finance Manager who will take ownership of Flalingo’s financial operations, oversee global payment systems (Stripe, Paddle, iyzico, Adyen, etc.), track revenue/expense flows, and ensure the company’s financial health.

This role requires both hands-on operational management (payments, refunds, chargebacks, cash flow) and strategic financial reporting (monthly P&L, cash flow forecasts, investor-ready reports). You will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to support growth, compliance, and fundraising activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and reconcile transactions through global payment providers (payments, refunds, chargebacks)
• Prepare monthly P&L, cash flow statements, and financial reports
• Ensure compliance with Turkish accounting standards while aligning with international reporting standards
• Coordinate/creating strategies with external advisors on tax, compliance, and audit matters
• Provide timely financial insights and forecasts to the CEO and management team
• Support investor reporting and financial modeling for growth and fundraising

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s or CPA/SMMM is a plus)
• 3+ years of experience in finance/accounting/audit, preferably in SaaS or tech companies
• Strong knowledge of global payment systems and subscription-based business models
• Proven expertise in financial reporting and analysis (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet)
• Fluency in Turkish (written and spoken) 
• Fluency in English (written)
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly analytical mindset
